I bought this MacBook is less than one year ago, because I love Mac OS. And I still do. All other contributions are absolutely right: Mac OS X is absolutely brilliant!, I have serious complaints about the machine. First, the portion below the wrist are sharp and scratchy and uncomfortable level. And the result of your wrists, rub the edge of the keyboard, the keyboard panel plate is finally gone! Then the AC adapter charging and eventually stopped, micro-cracks appeared on the underside of the chassis. All in less than one year on a machine that barely moves (which I work from home)! The machine had never received a shock. . . I took the MacBook to an Apple Authorized Service Center for repairs. They agreed on the keyboard and the adapter switch, they say, Apple does not include the chassis. The technician at the repair center took pity on me and suggested I call Apple. I’ve told them to pass the cracks on the chassis is not that they did not fall, so unlucky for me! I asked to be made by a manager, but he wanted to say plainly to the Apple Support Engineer, where the procedures are not discussed in the last 15 years working werden.In in the computer industry, I used a lot of laptops. I used my laptop around the site of the customer and carry back all the time, but I’ve never had a laptop micro cracks in the chassis in less than one year! And my mac hardly move! You can use a 2GHz Core 2 Duo PC to get for half that price, where the quality that we are supposed to pay? If you have a Mac, go for one with the metal casing is plastic just too cheap!
