Canon EOS-1Ds 11.1MP Digital SLR Camera
Description Perfect for journalists, studio and wedding photographers, or who is the highest possible resolution from their digital SLR, the EOS-1Ds sets a new standard, so the bar for image quality while maintaining EOS performance. Withan January 11 megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor of the EOS-1Ds is using the first Canon digital SLR on the entire line of Canon autofocus lenses without a conversion factor, which does not compromise i. for wide angle photography, and large. .

I recently learned some interesting details that came from a talented amateur photographer. A friend of mine had made the work a series of spectacular photographs. He said that some of the best in a professional match in power. While he had a good digital Cannon (I think it’s a 7 or 8 MP) for the 11 MP digital lowest. The extension allows lower resolution, it would still not be a bit short (as it allows only a certain percentage). It seems that professional film cameras generally use the equivalent of 20 mp offers. The right film is expensive, and getting it developed is not as easy as local Photomat.Ich, computers and software do. My programming exploits sit for a while with Polaroid ID systems. Polaroid ID, (before the sale by the parent company in 2001) produced driver’s license and ID card solutions for more than half of the United States, plus several countries. I have a background in video game programming through training. What I can tell you this is that you need a fast processor and a photograph in the size of 11 mp store. Cannon’s Custom processor seems to be up to the task. My friend told me that his current camera uses the same processor, and produced to the highest resolution capture in about 1/5th of a second. This model has about three sets of frames per second. Although not all film or motion-capture speed, but still not good enough hemmen.Wenn your creativity, photography is a serious hobby or you’re an ambitious pro, this is just your camera. Existing professionals tend to their own opinion about when to jump to digital, and what equipment best fits their needs. Cannon’s entry seems reasonable for a quality digital camera. You can get to see too many other cameras of their songs in a race to pump the higher resolution. They appear with bells and whistles will be discouraged. There is a subtle difference not so away with a professional pilot. Under these circumstances, it is to have a professional image editing functions and speed in addition to high quality erschossen.Die other cameras, the bar one day, but now they are best used by non-professionals. If you compare it with the camera specs, you may notice, speed, and have restrictions on the cheaper models. This is not the camera to take on that vacation in the mountains. A good four-megapixel model makes the family photo albums up to date. If, however, expand your vision to see the world through the eye of the camera, the camera is for you. Tax remember me this is a separate body only to buy your appearance, and it is not advisable to go cheap.

This is an incredible piece of digital equipment and has more features than the Space Shuttle. It is definitely a camera for a younger man, however, because it is difficult, especially with the 70-200 mounted F/28. I can not imagine lugging the really long lenses. I wore it around my neck for a whole day for a shoot and recently conlcuded that it would be best in a studio environment on a tripod or at least used a monopod. I have several 35mm film cameras in hand and at least seven different cameras, including Kyocera, Epson, Olympus (2 different models, C2500L & E-10) and finally three canons: the EOS 1Ds 11th 1MP, the PowerShot G7 1MP 10th, 12th and now the 5D 1MP. So far, the latter two is best for my purposes. The quality is obviously in the glass, but the art is by the photographer and Canon is the best hope could be delivered. EOS is a great system and the 1Ds, apart from the weight is one of the best.

Our rep an EOS-1Ds into the lab to look for us in the past week. I’m still pouring over the test and outdoor shots with my jaw on the floor. I will never be able to afford this beauty, but if we 1Ds technology appeared in the prosumer market, then I make the jump. Many of the so-called limits of digital photography are directly addressed in the design of the 1Ds. Thus, the small size of the CCD camera limits the performance of many consumer cameras. It is almost impossible to gather and focus light on a small CCD with cheap optics. Canon uses a larger size of the CCD in the 1Ds. The upgrade is increased by the 11 megapixel CCD, the camera body directly compete with the 35 mm film. Mind you, I’m not ready to say, it is the equivalent, but it is now so thick that the few advantages of the film far less impact now. The future is here and it is now. If I only had eight Grand in my pocket. . . I did not have enough time to get with the 1Ds, knowing all the bells and whistles, but found it easy enough to use simple trust my intuition. I look forward to the nice collection of Canon 35mm lenses I already have to search (to match sweat the 1Ds) and my palms. Maybe I could sell a couple of toys I did not do much good, and eat macaroni and cheese for a few years?

I have shot 35mm for 30 years and paid for the best photos of the best laboratories and can not easily be compared with the high-end digital prints. The detail is much more than 35mm and light medium format challenges. I’m still learning to manipulate color on the computer and sometimes I get a better color of a Velvia slide – which I will now shoot with the same lenses and a Canon 1V body – but overall, it is increasingly clear that the film as dead as videotape and records. I changed from a 1Ds to D60, which also produces much better than 35mm prints. The disadvantage of the D60 had a bad auto focus and a less than full-frame sensor, the use of wide angle lenses for landscape photos borders. The 1Ds solves these problems and is potentially larger format cameras obsolete at the same time. The only problem I’ve found is that the 45-autofocus sensor with a wide angle (16mm or 15mm fisheye) lens environment. For some reason it will not focus on infinity. The move to the center focus sensor point only solves the problem. The 1V, Elan 7 do the same.

After years of very loyal Sony users (I still like Sony and their products) I finally got the big jump in my head as the technology is finally here. . . I bought a Canon EOS-1Ds January 11 megapixel camera. Forced I had a series of EF lenses and buy. I won this year’s budget just to buy a toy, but this is no TOY! My last was a Sony F828 and before that a P10. The F828 is a great product for the consumer as to the price, but it actually made me jump as good as it is, as it reduced my mind to set up a really good picture. I began to spend as much time at the right spot to get pictures at the right moment I did not want to have than a lack of functionality. I used a lot of photography 20 years ago, no movie, but returned as a point and shoot digital photographer came to. To his fellow “Arnie” – “I’m back.” First of all I must say that Amazon partner stores and performed flawlessly delivered, my special mention Adorama Camera. I would usually care for so much money to spend on the net, but Amazon continues. Now for the ‘Beast’, the EOS-1Ds body. I will not go into all the functional details, because I think they are all correct as stated. The camera is great to hold and operate with confidence. But at first – big disappointment. I was not able to concentrate on working with a professional camera. I was to be used to point and shoot camera and was expected to do it all for me. Well, it does not work. You have to know or learn photography for this one. It is now four weeks and 2,500 pictures later, and finally there is only one reason for a photo not to be perfect – ME! The main difference with other products is the film size 24×36 CCD and the ability to the ASA film speed to 1250 ingesteld on the fly to change, rather than on film. Not always a tripod on hand or wait for the photo subject, would be until you up and hold still for more exposure of 2 seconds. I could not ask a helicopter pilot, the vibration during the dawn flight over the Las Vegas Strip to stop. ASA1250 exposure time adjustment verkort tot s/50. is dat noise because of the drastically reduced by the noise reduction feature and much less than the grain of a very sensitive film. notes and recommendations: Learn how to use the sensor from dust and dirt without damaging it is much cleaner. This camera is very difficult Will you have to take a strong stand. Buy a second battery, but the store is fast and it usually takes a normal use for two days. With a CF card reader is easier than buying a plant Firwire for your PC. With 2 GB High Speed Compact Flash convenience, the 400 pictures in JPG. send me questions which I answered as much as I can.
