It seems that Best Buy sold it a bit too early and unfortunately do not work as expected. You can completely freeze any time trying to zoom while recording. I will try to exchange for the same model as I can. They do not have this version are similar, but the seller happened to take it behind the mostrador.El device has a very nice feeling.

Pros: simple interface, good sound, good image in the normal lighting or exteriorContras: Too simple: there is no microphone input, no memory card slot, a few options or controles.Por what this is perfect.

I will never order from Amazon, unless they fix this !!!!!! They say it is shipped and delivered, but never succeeded.

This is the second FLIP VIDEO I bought was defective and that a classic cover ROMPIÓTuve. . . broke it. The screen freezes on startup and freezes. Company would not help. . said I was under warranty. My brother had the same model. . . He also broke! exactly the same problem. I bought a Flip Ultra and in less than one week. . . broke! No power when I press the power button. We start a program called “Turn” WHERE WE VENT and show all those who have been burned by people in a Flip video. They were really unhelpful and Flip This is the second purchase I have no money (and my brother) I know this is a defective product. BEWARE of this company.
