Problem 1: lose connexionJe live in Bay area of SF where cloudy weather is not unusual. In those days, lose the GPS connection is easy. I bought this unit, the serial number 1N3004101 Best Buy six months ago. Several times the screen would go spontaneously to the 1% brightness (which is a real pain trying to see the screen buttons to fix this). Last month, before trying to find a home in the rolling hills of the Bay of San Francisco screen is dead. Very bad timing. A resumed the next day. Now, three weeks later he died again. Very unreliable. I hate the idea that these things are disposable devices that have a shorter life than my wiper blades. I made a complaint to Garmin. We’ll see how it passe.Ajouté equipment. . . After three meetings with Garmin technical support, including downloading of software upgrades, the unit has dropped to a crawl, which sometimes requires more than a minute to draw guidelines for closing it when I bought it, it would take less than five seconds to find. I say that Garmin answer the phone in less than five minutes with any relevant support, and I got a return number. I have used the device last night and it froze on the screen. Easy to use, and exactly the Voyage of times I have used so far. Rank 4 focuses on the Amazon, the announcement was not clear if it includes a base and charging cord so I ordered as an accessory. Open the box I found with and had to go through the hassle of returning that I do not need. Rating: 4 / 5
